“At dawn, the valley doesn't just wake up—it emerges. There is a fleeting moment when the mist acts as a bridge between the water and the sky, and for a few minutes, everything feels weightless.”

* The Barycz Awakening: This 70 x 100 cm work is a sensory translation of a sunrise in the Barycz Valley (Dolina Baryczy). It captures the essence of the region’s famous wetlands—where the meandering river and vast ponds are swallowed by a thick, blue-tinted morning mist. Using the Blinkered method, I have distilled this landscape into layers of deep teal and glowing, ethereal whites, creating a vertical gradient of light that seems to rise directly from the earth.

* The Musical Cipher: The title Stay High serves as a rhythmic anchor in my "sonic diary." It refers to a specific track or a melodic frequency that guided the brushstrokes, aiming to capture the "high" of a perfect, quiet morning. I invite the collector to seek the auditory counterpart to these vibrating turquoises and hazy indigos; only then is the full synergy of the work’s emotional elevation unlocked.

* Liquid Atmosphere: Executed on premium linen, the painting’s surface is a study in transparency and depth. Through the application of dozens of thin, translucent glazes using DIY sponges and rags, I’ve recreated the humid, shimmering quality of the valley air. The result is a "kaleidoscopic" blue that shifts with the light of the room, offering a window into a world of absolute stillness and peace—a perfect meditative centerpiece for a modern interior.
