Find My Way Home (2025)
"In the mountains, the scale of the world finally matches the scale of the noise in my head. Only then can I find the path back to myself."
The Monumental Ascent: This expansive 130 x 180 cm canvas is a sensory distillation of a misty morning in the high peaks. It is a prime example of the Blinkered method—capturing a narrow vertical memory of mountain air and stretching it into a vast, horizontal sanctuary. The work is not a mere representation of a climb; it is a synthesis of the cold, thin air and the quiet weight of the fog as it settles into the valleys.
The Musical Cipher: The title Find My Way Home is a key to a hidden auditory landscape. Like a rhythmic echo in a canyon, it refers to a specific song, a fragmented lyric, or an emotional inversion of a text that resonated in my studio. This "sonic puzzle" invites the observer to seek the musical match; only when the melody aligns with these grey and emerald gradients is the painting's full emotional frequency unlocked.
Architectural Serenity: Designed as a centerpiece for a significant contemporary interior, this work is built with dozens of layers of acrylic on 3D linen. Using unconventional tools like rags and sponges, I have created a flickering, "kaleidoscopic" surface that vibrates with micro-details. For the neuroatypical mind, this piece acts as a visual anchor—a massive window into a world where the horizon is the only guide.
